THE DOODLERS - Calendar 2012

That's the thick-framed-spectacled team of  Abhijit, Neha & Sameer,  Who love eating everything and laughing on anything." It gives me and my other two close buddies immense pleasure to announce our first attempt on print as a team. That's us, THE DOODLERS, who have come up a collaborative doodles + illustrations based calendar for 2012. Because New Year is here and we want it to be colourful, abstract, unplanned, random, chirpy, adventurous and interesting all throughout the year. ☉ ~ Clicketey Click ~ ☉

My First ever experiment to grab few moments, few monuments, few memories in a serious way. My best friend's wedding was the reason for my much deserved break to Udaipur. 

Loved those 4 days of naach-gaana-khaana-peena-band-baja-foto-shoto-shopping-vopping-travelling and most importantly relaxing~

It was my friend Nikhil's camera (Nikon D100) and totally loved the experience.

Here are few pictures  of my rookie experiment. Well, few of them are out of focus, few could be just unnecessary too! Pardon my shaky hands and no knowledge about photography. Locations are : Mumbai (home) , Ahmedabad (Adalaj Steps) & Lots of Udaipur.

So presenting my clicketey time. Oh and now I have to rhyme. 

A photo is a memory to cherish. As these moments from mind won't perish!

Another year passes by...

So, one more year coming to an end.

2010 - A year filled with rather all possible emotions. A whole movie could be made for this year, if my life is taken as the key subject in the script. Is fillum mein action, drama hai, comedy  hai, emotions, suspense, dhak dhak, dard, khushi, gum, paisa, kangaal, naya ghar, purane rishtey, naye rishtey, fights, shouts, rona dhona aur super music ka zabarsast combination hai. Ye film mein sabkuch hai, isiliye zara 'hatke' hai!

I have never had such a roller coaster ride before in my life. 2010, has indeed been a benchmark for my maturity, stability and the birth of a new, improved and fresh curry...Ready to be dipped, as always! (Ok, i was highly paid by a publication house to write about my maturity and self development. I usually don't praise myself, do i :D)

I define 2010 as an antonym of emotions:

Ganpaticha jay jay kaar

Paanch chhe saat aath,

Ganpati humare saath 

Nau das gyara baara, 

Sabse pyaara, bappa humara

Tera chauda pandhra sola,

Ganpati ne 'hello' bola !

Satrah athrah unnees bees, 

Ganpati se maango koi bhi cheez

Ikkis baaiss teeiss chaubees, 

Bappa gheto 'modaks' as his fees!

Pachhees chhabbees sattaees, athaaees,

Ganapti hai god, hum nachheez

Untees tees, iktees battees,

Bappa layé world mein peace

Taintees chautees  paintees chhattees

Bappa nahi dekhe gareeb-raeez

Saintees, addatees unataalees chaalees,

Visarjan ke baad unhe karte hai hum bahot miss!

Iktalees bayaalees triyaleees chauvalees,

Bappa hai har jagah, girgaum se greece.
